Awareness in Asana

In this gentle, calm slow paced class the focus is on Posture Deconstruction, a format where we look at a few related yoga postures (asanas) explore and improve our movements required to “be in asana” or “sitting in comfort”.

You will be guided through a mixture of restorative poses, fascial release work, somatic and therapeutic exercises, classic asana (posture) and a deeply relaxing shavasana.  Build stability, release tension, and gain mobility for a balanced body, mind and spirit. Great for students with a few “issues”
