What is Kundalini Yoga?

Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic yoga that blends physical postures, breathing exercises, movement, stretching, meditation, mantra (repeated sounds or words) and relaxation.  The combination of these practices stimulates the glandular system to increase vitality, strengthens the nervous system so you can better deal with stress, expands the lung capacity which helps to build endurance, and purifies the bloodstream.  It is a safe and effective way to bring balance to the body, mind and soul.  Kundalini Yoga can be practiced by almost anyone, regardless of age, fitness, occupation and experience.
