Kaula Tantra Yoga
Kaula Tantra Yoga 6 week Session
Kaula Tantra Yoga is a deeply meditative practice combining standing Hatha poses and floor based Yin-like postures that naturally increase strength, flexibility, precision and health. The focus is on relaxing into postures, and giving your nervous system time to integrate through long holds, repeated savasanas and breath retention. The process is slow and mindful, and when done regularly you will see a marked improvement in your other yoga practices and your life in general. The Tantra yoga series helps balance and activate every area of one’s life, including sexuality, through balancing the chakras, diaphragms and doshas. No partner is required; the practice of Kaula Tantra yoga does not involve nudity or sexual contact.
The series is broken into three sections: Heating, Tri-Dosha balancing Savansana, and Makrasana. The heating section will vary from week to week and may include standing and seated Hatha poses, sun and moon salutations, and/or Kundalini kriyas.
