Happiness Challenge

Let’s take a look at what happiness is?  Most of us never stop to think about  it and simply look at it as a way we feel from time to time.  However, when we stop to  ponder what happiness is, we can see the many layers of happiness that define what people are searching for when we say “I want to be happy.” The feeling of happiness, in this way, can be defined as a combination of the feelings of joy, contentment and wellbeing, with an inner attitude that life is good, meaningful, and worthwhile.
For many people this intentional focus brings more awareness around the fact that most of the time they already navigate from a place of happiness.  By acknowledging the areas we already have happiness we can expand it to influence the other areas where there is less fulfillment.
So the next time you sit down and do your meditation, take a few minutes after and sit with the vibrations moving through you and invite in the feeling of oneness or connection to all things.  Look at the areas of your life that bring meaning to you and give you a sense of purpose.  Then go enjoy your day with the attitude that life is good! :-)
